Food

This is the type of food pyramid I personally use and suggest to all of my patients at my clinic.  As you can see, vegetables make up the largest percentage of foods followed by 2 fruits, 1 starch and 1 protein per day. This will give you proper proportions to fit the basic needs of the whole body unless you are bodybuilding. Then you will need more protein and carbohydrates to take care of the muscle tissue. Your daily diet should be 80% alkaline and 20% acid foods. 50% to 60% of the food eaten should be raw. Make sure you vary your vegetables, fruits, starches and proteins daily unless you have a specific condition you are trying to treat or overcome. Separate proteins and starches, one at lunch and one at dinner. Breakfast and mid afternoon is a good time for fruit. Bake, broil or roast your meats and stick to organic chicken breast, turkey breast and white fish with fins and scales on it.

Remember, this food chart designed to help one understand the correct daily balance of ones daily food intake. If you have specific problems that need to be addressed, then you should consult with a Naturopath or Nutritionist who understands the chemical elements of man in order to give you the very best in natural medicine.  Only organic foods and supplements in an elemental form can heal the body, drugs and medications cannot do this.
